Coach Meik is a dedicated martial artist and fierce competitor. He began his tutelage under Kru Bruce in the spring of 2023. Within the year, he began competing in the IKF Semi-Contact striking circuit before moving on to full contact Kickboxing and Muay Thai tournaments where earned championship titles at the regional and national levels.
As a combat vet and prior military instructor, Coach Meik understands the importance of team building and creating an optimal learning environment. At KBMT, he instructs the basic and advanced striking classes, as well as, provides personal fitness and nutritional advice to those seeking the to optimize their physical fitness and health.
