Boxing

Our 45-minute boxing class is designed to build real skills, improve conditioning, and boost confidence. You'll work through technique drills, combinations, and footwork, all while getting a full-body workout. The last 15 minutes of class are dedicated to optional sparring, giving students the chance to apply what they've learned in a controlled, supervised setting.

How old do you have to be to start training?

All our classes are for adults 18 and over. We do not offer any youth classes but there are great ones in the area.

Is it really for all the classes?

Yes, they really are a month for unlimited training. We believer there’s already enough to worry about , training shouldn’t be one of them. Martial arts should make your life better, not harder. This is our way of giving back to the community and keeping the doors open for anyone who wants to train.

I am a beginner, can I still train?

Yes, we welcome beginners. If just starting standup, we do recommend doing the boxing class first, so that you can get your footwork down, but you are still welcome to any of the classes.

Do I need any gear to get started?

We have gear you can use while you try the trial class or you can purchase the gear from us. Below is what you will need for each class:

  • No gi Jiu Jitsu- Basic gym attire, or rash guard. 
  • MMA- Basic gym attire, or rash guard. 8 oz gloves, leather shinguards. Optional items mouth guard, hand wraps, and cup.
  • Muay Thai- Basic gym attire, leather shinguards, 16oz boxing gloves. Optional items mouth guard, hand wraps, and cup.
  • Boxing- Basic gym attire, 16oz boxing gloves. Optional items mouth guard, hand wraps, boxing shoes and cup.
